Idaho Last Will and Testament Form

An Idaho last will and testament is a legal instrument that allows a person to make decisions about what will happen to their property, or “estate,” after they die. The person who creates the will is known as the testator, while the people or organizations who receive property under the terms of the will are known as beneficiaries. Without a will, a testator’s estate is subject to Idaho’s intestacy laws. Wills can be modified or revoked, and can also appoint a person, known as an executor, to oversee the transfer of the estate.

LawsTitle 15 (Uniform Probate Code)

Signing Requirements (§ 15-2-502) – The testator must sign the will in the presence of two witnesses, both of whom must sign the will as well.
