Colorado Last Will and Testament Form

Colorado last will and testament is the standard legal vehicle with which people can determine what will happen to their assets after they die. In a will, a person, known as a testator, specifies the recipients of their property, who are known as beneficiaries. Wills can be used to distribute both personal property and real property (land), and can pass it on to both individual persons and to organizations like a charity. Once created a will can be modified, and can also be used to nominate a guardian for young children.
