An Arizona last will and testament is a document that establishes where assets and property will be left after a person dies. It allows the appointment of an executor who will handle the distribution of assets to the beneficiaries listed. A guardian may also be mentioned if the testator has any minor children at the time of death.

Signing Requirements
Must be signed by the testator and at least 2 witnesses (ARS 14-2502). It is advised, but not required, that the 2 witnesses not be family members or beneficiaries mentioned in the will.
