Washington Last Will and Testament Form

Washington last will and testament establishes enforceable rules for how a person’s property will be distributed after their death. The testator, as the creator of the will is called, decides which people or organizations are to receive portions of the estate’s assets. Estates without a will are subject to the state’s intestate succession plan, which may differ from how a testator wants their property distributed.

Laws Title 11 (Probate and Trust Law)
