Tennessee last will and testament lets a person determine how their property will be distributed after their death. The creator of the will, known as the testator, decides which assets will be passed on to particular people or organizations, who are known as beneficiaries. Once a will has been created, it can be revoked, or modified through a document known as a codicil.
