Oregon Last Will and Testament Form

An Oregon last will and testament form is a legal instrument that creates enforceable rules for what will happen to a person’s property after they die. Wills are valuable estate planning tools because they help avoid disputes about how property will be distributed. The legal term for the person who creates a will is “testator,” while people who are to receive property under the terms of a will are called “beneficiaries.”

Laws Chapter 112 (Intestate Succession and Wills)

Signing Requirements (§ 112.235) – Wills must be in writing and signed by the testator. At least two people must witness the testator signing and then sign the will themselves.
