Oklahoma Last Will and Testament Form

An Oklahoma last will and testament establishes legally binding terms for the distribution of a person’s property after their death. The person to whom the property belongs, known as the testator, selects people or organizations to receive property, who are known as beneficiaries. Once created, wills can be modified or revoked by other wills.

Laws Title 84 (Wills and Succession)

Signing Requirements (tit. 84 § 55) – A will must be in writing and signed by the testator. The testator must declare that they are signing their will in the presence of two witnesses, who must also sign the will in the presence of the testator.
