Nevada Last Will and Testament Form

Nevada last will and testament empowers a person to make legally binding decisions about what will happen to their real and personal property after they die. The legal term for the person who creates a will is the testator, while the people or organizations who receive property under the terms of the will are known as beneficiaries. Wills can also modify or revoke other wills, and can appoint people to carry out the distribution of property.

Laws Title 12 (Wills and Estates of Deceased Persons)

Signing Requirements (§ 133.040) – Wills must be in writing and signed by the testator. Additionally, two other people must witness the testator sign the will and then sign it themselves in the testator’s presence.
