New Hampshire Last Will and Testament Form

New Hampshire last will and testament makes a person’s desires for how their property should be distributed after their death legally enforceable. The creator of the will is called the testator and their property is called their estate, while the people or organizations who will receive some or all of the testator’s estate under the will are called beneficiaries. Creating a will allows an estate to avoid being subject to the state’s intestate succession process.

Laws Chapter 551 (Wills)

Signing Requirements (§ 551:2) – To be valid, a will must be in writing and signed by the testator in the presence of at least two witnesses, both of whom should sign the will in the presence of the testator.
