Nebraska Last Will and Testament Form

Nebraska last will and testament is a legal instrument that a person uses to pass on their property after their death. The person who creates the will is known as the “testator,” while the collection of their assets is known as their “estate.” The document, usually referred to as just a “will,” selects people or organizations, known as “beneficiaries,” to receive all or part of the estate. Wills can also appoint people to manage the assets of protected persons, including children and those with disabilities, at the time of the testator’s death.
