Hawaii Last Will and Testament Form

Hawaii last will and testament is a legal document that a person, called a testator, uses to determine how their property will be distributed after they die. Testators can use wills to name people or organizations that will receive the property, who are known as beneficiaries. Wills can serve other functions, such as appointing guardians for young people, and once created, wills can be modified or revoked.

Signing Requirements (§560:2-502) – The will must be signed by the testator in the presence of at least two witnesses, who must also sign the will a reasonable time after the testator.
