Georgia Last Will and Testament Form

Georgia last will and testament is the legal embodiment of a person’s intentions for how their property will be distributed after they die. The person who makes the will is known as the testator, and the people or entities that the testator wants to receive the property are known as beneficiaries. Once created, wills can be modified through codicils, which become part of a complete will.

Laws Title 53, Chapter 4 (Wills)

Signing Requirements (§ 53-4-20) – Wills must be signed by the testator, as well as by two people who witness the testator signing. Codicils to the original will have the same requirements.
