Delaware Last Will and Testament Form

Delaware last will and testament is a legal document that lets a person, called the testator, decide who will receive their property, or estate, after the testator’s death. Any competent person over 18 may make a will, and wills may distribute both personal property and real property, meaning land. If someone dies without a will, their estate will be distributed according to the state’s intestate succession rules.
