Alaska Last Will and Testament Form

An Alaska last will and testament form is a legal document that allows a person (testator) to establish who will succeed in ownership of their assets after death. A last will should also include the name of an executor who will handle the division of assets during probate.

If there are minor children, the testator can name a guardian who will be responsible for their care and treatment.
